The type of project shall be identified (private residence – Building –chalet-Commercial Complex- Schools …etc), our team shall provide you with the drawings, Municipality Licenses, internal /External designs and landscapes through collaboration with the most skilled building offices in Kuwait.

Real estates Selling & Buying

Our team will look for the required real estates whether a residence, or under demolishing or marketing it through our web site and the unique marketing service of T4 team.

Managing third party’s properties

Our team believes in the importance of time and the fact that the Landlords are busy in other affairs, therefore we extend our service in managing your properties through employing recent technologies in collection of Funds, the annual and monthly reports in addition to Periodic repair and maintenance Reports to maintain the good condition of the real estate.

In all our services the team is keen to provide the Customer with detailed reports of the land map (the site of real estate – its construction, the period – schedule of work and Admin. Details). Such reports help us to verify the time table of our production and put us with the Customers in one frame so that all aims are clearly identified .
